His background includes over 25 years of industry experience, during which he has become known for delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are strategically managed and returns maximised.
Throughout his tenure at Mac Lee Realty, Peter has developed particular expertise in leasing, portfolio optimisation, tenant relations, and compliance. After starting a family, Chelsea made an intentional career transition into the property industry. She began as a Sales Assistant at a local agency, where she refined her communication skills and gained valuable insight into buyer and seller needs. She then spent several years as a Property Manager at LJ Hooker, where she discovered her true strength—delivering exceptional attention to detail and dedicated care for every property under her management.
Chelsea understands that whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, your property is one of your most significant assets.
